
Each participant is part of a small team, in competition with up to six other teams managing a start-up company. Using a unique simulation, which represents the workings of a company, each team will buy and sell products, hire employees, make capital investments, take out loans, research the competition and make decisions based on their position in the marketplace. The simulation is run over six business cycles. The goal is to outperform the competition by making more profit and value while maintaining cash flow that is critical to the business.
